How to delete temporary files from computer | Diku Technical

Hello friends, is your laptop or computer slowing down like me? If so, you don't have to worry anymore. Here I will tell you how to speed up your laptop or computer or delete temporary files from laptop or computer. There are two ways to delete temporary files on a laptop or computer and speed up the laptop or computer. 

Steps 1:

  1. Open your Laptop or Computer and Tap on “My Computer” or “This PC

  2. Now hover your mouse and the Right click.

  3. After clicking the right button of the mouse you will see an option "Properties".

  4. Now click on this "Properties" option. After clicking on this option a new window will open there. On this window click on "Disk Cleanup". 

  5. After clicking on this another new window will open again there. Now here are two option (i)Cleanup system files (ii)View files
  6. Now click on "Cleanup system files" and wait for sometimes until the system fetch the Temporary files. 
  7. After complete the fetching click on "OK" and than the system will confirming you again for deteting the files. Now click on "Delete files". 

Steps 2:

  1. Open your Laptop or Computer and press "Windows key + R".
  2. After pressing this button the system's common will prompt there. 
  3. Now type "prefetch" and than click "OK" after clicking "OK" press "CRTL + A" to select all and than press "Delete" button to delete.
  4. Now again do the same process, press "Windows kye + R"
  5. And type "temp" than continue and press "CRTL + A" to select all and press "Delete". 
  6. Now press again "Windows kye + R"
  7. And type "%temp%" and than click "OK" after clicking "OK" press "CRTL + A" to select all and than press "Delete".
